The competition will start on the 03/12/2019
Competition winner will be announced on 17/12/2019 and must be available to attend appointment at Brock Street Dental Practice on a Monday, Tuesday or a Thursday.
In order to enter the draw, you must share the competition post on Facebook and also like our Brock Street Dental Practice Facebook page
The winner will receive a 1ml Restyane Kysse lip enhancement administered by Dr N Wright. Local anaesthetic will be included as well as aftercare.
Subject to full Medical History, clinical assessment, medical assessment and signed consent
Dr N Wright has the right to refuse treatment should the client be unsuitable
Min Age 18
Cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed before January 31st 2020
